American Heart Association Fall Heart Walk

Each year, the Jason Thompson Foundation joins South NJ's community of heart-health advocates at the annual American Heart Association Fall Heart Walk at Cooper River Park. While this year's original date was rescheduled due to inclement weather and many of our team members could not make it out, we were still excited to have the support of our JTF community. It was a cold and windy day, but we made the 3 mile walk, and celebrated the memory of our friends, family and loved ones who walk with us in spirit each and every day.
